I’m an absolute open book! So ask away! The very first wedding I ever filmed, I knew that this was going to be my career for the rest of my life. Whether it’s about my services, or you even need a bit of advice, think of me as the big sister that wants you to have the most amazing, seamless wedding.
Here are a list of questions to ask any videographer before booking with them. Your videographer + photographer are the two vendors who are going to be your besties for your whole weding day, so make sure that they take away your stress, not add to it.
+ Will There Be A Second Shooter?
Always! We are a traveling couple that have filmed every single wedding together since 2020. Trina is always the main extrovert that leads poses, and Talee is always in the background with the zoom in lens capturing all of the sweetest candids!

+ Where are you based? Do you travel?
We are based out of Oregon! We’re living our Vanlife dream and travel throughout the PNW from May-October filming weddings, then head South to Mexico for the winter months. We only take on a limited amount of weddings per year, and are not afraid to travel, hike, and adventure!

+ What is your turnaround time?
The wedding day is the day my work as your filmmaker begins! I limit taking on only ten weddings per year to ensure delivery times can be as swift as possible without losing any quality. I dedicate 4-8 weeks per film depending on the package size chosen. The time of wedding season that I filmed your wedding affects delivery times, so it can be as short as 2 months, and as long as 6 months.
+ What if i’m not sure about hiring a videographer?
Picture this: years from now, you and your partner cozy up on the couch, pressing play on your wedding film. You’re back in that exact moment—the vows, the laughter, your brother dropping it low on the dance floor—all over again. It’s not just a film; it’s a journey back to one of the most important days in your journey together, filled with emotions you’ll want to experience again and again. Hiring a wedding filmmaker is an investment, but there’s a reason bride’s say not hiring one is their number one regret.

+ Can I choose the song(s) for my film?
Due to copyright issues involved with using main stream music, I can only use a requested song if the rights for that particular song are purchased. I provide all royalty free music for your cinematic films at no additional cost! If you have a song in mind, I would be more than happy to look up the cost of licensing that song for you! The general price range can be anywhere from $1,000-$15k depending on the popularity of the song.

A Filmmaker’s camera bag is their super hero pouch! This is such an overlooked question and is one of the absolute most important! As your videographer, there are three major components that we cover throughout your day: visuals, audio, and atmosphere. For visuals, we film your entire wedding day on our Sony A7Siii cameras; providing three camera coverage during your ceremony at all times to ensure nothing can be missed! These camera bodies allow us the ability of 4k film without any risk of overheating! The A7Siii also delivers some of the highest slow motion quality that allows for that dreamy, elegant effect in all of our films. Always ask your filmmaker what type of camera they film on, as well as how many cameras they offer for your ceremony coverage!
If visuals are the eyes of any film, then audio is the heartbeat that gives it life! We truly prioritize audio in our films and I meticulously edit out any and all audio peaking (that awful buzzing or loud high pitch noise!) In our audio bag we carry the best of the best with multiple options and backups for dual audio recording throughout the day. During your ceremony, we always mic the Groom to capture those intimate moments of the first look down the aisle, as well as the officiant, and record everything through your DJ’s system. There isn’t a worry in the world about us missing a moment of your biggest day!
As for the atmosphere, your photographer + videographer are your two vendors that are with you throughout your entire wedding day! We are not a corporation, we are a couple who are obsessed with what we do: getting to spend a monumentous day in a couple’s life journey together. We have any and all poses ready for your day, and LOVE to see your real side come out! It may not be in our camera bag per se, but having the peace of mind that your filmmaker has years of experience behind them to get every raw moment is what we live for.
+ How will i receive my wedding films?
When all of your wedding films are finished, I create a personalized website for you that will last online for 10 years! It will have all of your films artfully displayed and is easily shareable/downloadable. There are also available options to include a personalized engraved USB for safe keeping! I will always meet with a couple in person or through a zoom call about two months before the wedding day!Not only do I want to go over exactly what you’re looking for in your wedding film, I want to get to know YOU GUYS! Some couples crave the gorgeous, cinematic filmmakers touch, and others want all of the hilarious bloopers in their film. A wedding film can be completely different for each couple and we want to make sure you laugh, smile, and cry your way through your film for years to come.
+ Can i customize my wedding film?
+ WHAT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE THE DATE?
How exciting to take the next step and officially say “I Do” to your dream wedding film! To officially reserve your date, I require (1) a 20% retainer fee and (2) an initialed and signed contract. The retainer fee does go towards the overall total, there are no hidden fees! I accept Venmo, PayPal, or check. I always send out instructions for paying the deposit with your contract.
